To help our customers with a better shopping experience we have devised a comprehensive product replacement policy. This replacement policy comprises the following criteria:
- According to our product replacement policy, a customer has to inform us about the product defect, or wrong product delivery within the 72 hours of receiving the shipment.
- All items are sent with our packaging and tags, Package without our tags will not be accepted.
- All return and replacement items must be unused.
- If the product received damaged out of the parcel or wrong product is received, we will replace the product. In both cases, Customer will bear the shipping charges.
- Once the item is received by us then we will initiate the return/replacement of your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse your refund if the product delivered to you was undamaged and accurate with regards to your choice or if we found out that the return was requested on false grounds.
Order cancellation can only be done before the payment is made. After the payment, the order can only be replaced in two cases:
- If you receive a damaged product.
- If you receive the wrong product.
